Τελικά δεν κατάφερε να το φτιάξει το πρόβλημα η Intersys και με πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι συνεννοήθηκαν με το Βέλγιο να σταλεί κει και να αναλάβουν αυτοί την επισκευή του μηχανήματος.
Συγχρόνως, μου ήρθε και το ακόλουθο email από το Βέλγιο:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for the confidence in our products.Intersys called me a few days
ago concerning your unit. It seems they can not fix the problems and asked
us for assistance. We decided to let them return the unit to Pioneer.
A
technician will investigate your unit and repair it for you of course free
of charge.
We would like to ask you if you can provide Intersys 2 blu rays and one dvd
that don't work on your unit. We want to do some checks with those blu-rays
here on your blu ray player.
We are very sorry about your delay, but we can assure you that this is not
a common problem and that we therefore have to investigate the issues you
have with your unit. I will personally be in touch with you to keep you
updated about the status of the investigation and repair of your unit. You
can be certain that you will get a working unit back.
