Ήθελα καιρό να δω αυτή την ταινία. Πολλοί φίλοι μου μεταλλάδες μου λέγανε ότι ήτανε must. Θυμόμουνα τους Anvil από τα 2 πρώτα άλμπουμ τους που έχω και σε βυνήλιο ,metal on metal, forged in fire (το hard n'heavy είχε βγει σαν Lips) και σίγουρα μου ήρθε στο μυαλό το This is Spinal Tap. Έτσι με αρκετή περιέργεια ξεκίνησα την ταινία. Μπορώ με σιγουριά να πω ότι είχα πολύ καιρό να αισθανθώ ότι βλέπω κάτι πολύ καλό από την αρχή. Η ταινία είναι απλά εκπληκτική, δεν είναι μόνο για μεταλλάδες ή φαν των Anvil. Είναι στην κυριολεξία η ιστορία 2 φίλων που το μόνο που ήθελαν ήταν να πάιζουν Rock n' Roll και να γίνουν rock star. Αλλά όπως το θέτει και ο θεός Lemmy στην ταινία, you have to be on the right place at the right time.
Δεν θα συνεχίσω άλλο, θα πω μόνο ότι δεν άντεξα και έσπασα πριν το τέλος της ταινίας.
Τα βραβεία που έχει ήδη κερδίσει και η φυσική απήχηση στο κοινό την κάνουνε μια όχι απλά αξιόλογη αλλά καταπληκτική ταινία ντοκυμαντέρ που πρέπει να δείτε. Αν μη τι άλλο μόνο η επερχόμενη μετά από 30 χρόνια έκδοση του τραγουδιού Thumb Hang θα μας κρατάει σε αγωνία.
