Although CES 2014 doesn’t take place until January next year, some products have been honoured with the 2014 CES Innovations Awards, the results of which were announced during last week’s CES Unveiled New York event. On the following day, Samsung sent out a press release to media outlets in Korea, declaring that it had bagged no less than 24 awards, taking the company’s haul over 10 years to 258

Samsung’s 2014 TV Range Will Be H Series, Skipping G

The Samsung UN65H7100 is a 65-inch LED-lit LCD TV that will go on sale in North America (the corresponding UK and European version will be the UE65H7100). What’s interesting is that the company has decided to go straight from this year’s F series to H series next year, skipping the G prefix in the process.

Samsung To Unveil 105″ Curved 4K Ultra HD LED TV At CES 2014​

You seldom get Samsung announcing a “world’s first” display without cross-town rival LG Electronics staking the same claim with a similar product, and so it proved today as the battle to garner attention at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas next month heats up. In the early hours of this morning, both companies have announced that they will be unveiling the world’s first 105-inch curved 4K Ultra HD TV with 21:9 aspect ratio at CES 2014.

Οι νέες τηλεοράσεις της Samsung για το 2014 θα είναι οι «G». Φυσικά όλοι περιμένουμε την G8000 για να μάθουμε τα μυστικά της.



Το σίγουρο είναι ότι οι νέες τηλεοράσεις G7000 και G8000 θα χειρίζονται με τα δάκτυλα μας. Μέχρι τώρα καταλάβαιναν τις κινήσεις των χεριών μας, τώρα θα διαβάζουν τα δάκτυλα μας για περισσότερες εντολές ώστε με τα δάκτυλα να τα κάνουμε όλα.

Samsung Improves Voice & Finger Gesture Controls On 2014 Smart TV

In an announcement today, Samsung described a number of improvements to its new Smart TV interface, with the coolest new feature likely to be its “Finger Gestures”, which is a step-up from its previous gesture-based controls.

Samsung korea has a recent press release which mentioned their previously unknown 2014 UN65H7100 Smart TV (no doubt known as the UE65H7100 here in the UK / Europe).

It's powered by a quad core processor and has a "real 240Hz panel" which shows no ghosting. We also learn that the new 2014 models will start with "H"! Wonder why they skipped the G.

Πραγματικα θεωρω αχρηστες τις smart εφαρμογες. Εχω την 64F8500 και πλην skype ολα τα αλλα δεν τα εχω χρησιμοποιησει ποτε! Ουτε φωνητικες εντολες, ουτε με κινησεις, τιποτα...
 
Και γω πιστεύω είναι λάθος κίνηση να βάλει και άλλες τέτοιες "αηδίες". Μια 60αρα curved σειρά 7-8 θα ήταν ότι πρέπει...
 
Για τις οικονομικές σειρές εως 500 ευρω προβλέπεται αφή και gestures ή γιοκ

Αν και η αλήθεια δεν μου γεμίζουν πολυ το μάτι,ίσως διοτι απο την τηλεόραση αν εξαιρέσουμε το τηλεοπτικό προγμαμμα και USB ταινίες/σειρές με ολίγων web live streaming ολα τα αλλα αμφιβάλλω αν θα τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε ποτε.
 
Samsung's 110-inch Ultra HDTV​

Samsung promised at CES last January that it would deliver a 110-inch UHDTV this year, and with just a couple of days left to spare here it is. Apparently rolling out in China, the Middle East and a few European countries first, there's no word on price (the 85-inch version that launched earlier this year had a $40K pricetag attached when it launched), but can you really put a price on a TV that's bigger than a king-size bed? That's right, at 2.6-meters by 1.8-meters there's more than enough room for well-heeled VIPs or employees of large companies and government agencies (the target market for the S9110) to catch some z's on it -- and bring a few friends. It's available for custom orders just before we see the new generation of Ultra HD (including a 105-inch curved model) at CES 2014 next week, although most of us will be looking for TVs that actually fit inside our living room....

Πανέμορφη δείχνει η νέα κυρτή UHD τηλεόραση της Samsung που φθάνει τις 105 ίντσες.​

Το θέμα είναι από πια πόρτα ή παράθυρο την βάζεις στο σπίτι.

Ειδικά από πίσω είναι έξοχη.

H τηλόραση είναι 21:9!

Sasmung 85 inch bending TV !!!


Και όμως συστρέφεται! Είναι γεγονός ότι μία νέα γενιά τηλεοράσεων ανοίγει το δρόμο προς το μέλλον.​

Η Samsung παρουσίασε την πρώτη τηλεόραση που με το πάτημα ενός button στο χειριστήριο γίνεται κυρτή!

Το θεωρούσαμε σενάριο επιστημονικής ταινίας. Τελικά είναι αλήθεια. Μία επίπεδη τηλεόραση, με το πάτημα
ενός κουμπιού μετατρέπεται σε κυρτή! Δεν θα αναφερθούμε στην χρησιμότητα του project.

θα θαυμάσουμε απλώς την εξέλιξη που έχει επέλθει, όταν πριν από 10 και κάτι χρόνια βλέπαμε σε CRT τηλεοράσεις...

Samsung announces U9000 curved UHD TV


Είναι η ταχύτερη και η εξυπνότερη. Έτσι ισχυρίζεται η Samsung για την νέα της σειράς Ultra HD Curved
LED LCD τηλεοράσεων για το 2014 στην κορυφή της οποίας βρίσκεται μία πληθωρική 78άρα...​

Η σειρά U9000 εκτός από την 78άρα, θα περιλαμβάνει και ακόμα δύο τηλεοράσεις στις 65 & 55 ίντσες με
ανάλυση 3840x2160 pixels.

Η 78άρα χρησιμοποιεί τετραπύρηνο επεξεργαστή που της επιτρέπει να ενεργοποιείται σε μόλις 1.8 δευτερόλεπτα.

Samsung G8000


Η Νέα 8000 της Samsung για το 2014 θα έχει ανάλυση UHD και δυνατότητες HDMI 2.0, MHL 3.0 και HDCP 2.2.

Θα υπάρχουν στοιχεία όπως αύξηση της ανάλυσης του σήματος , μείωση του θορύβου, και φυσικά Evolution Kit
για το μέλλον.

Για το μαύρο υπάρχει τεχνολογία UHD dimming για καλύτερη ποιότητα της εικόνας, όπως και υποστήριξη όλων
των σημερινών προτύπων όπως το HEVC.

Θα την δούμε από 50 ίντσες και πάνω.
